Refund and Return Policy
Your satisfaction matters to us. Here's how we handle refunds and returns:

1. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or the wrong product was sent, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with a clear photo and order ID. We'll arrange a replacement or refund based on availability.

2. Refunds
Refunds will be processed under the following conditions:

Damaged or defective items: Full refund or replacement will be provided.

Wrong product delivered: We will arrange a return and ship the correct item at no extra cost.

Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment and may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account.

3. Non-Refundable Items
Opened or partially used products.

Products returned without prior communication.

Change of mind after delivery.
