1. General
Sathva Foods is an online platform for purchasing premium groceries, including pulses, millets, nuts, cold-pressed oils, spices, and more.

All product images are for illustrative purposes only. Actual products may vary slightly in appearance due to natural variations and packaging updates.

2. Products and Pricing
All product descriptions and prices are listed in SGD (Singapore Dollars) and are subject to change without notice.

We take care to ensure that all product information is accurate. However, minor errors may occur, and we reserve the right to correct them.

3. Orders and Payments
Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.

We accept PayNow secure payment options as displayed at checkout.

Sathva Foods reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., out of stock, pricing errors).

4. Delivery
Orders will be delivered within Singapore to the address provided at checkout. Delivery will be done within 1 - 2 days. Orders made before 12pm of the day will be dispatched on the same day. Orders made after 12pm will be dispatched the following working day. 

In case of delays due to external factors (weather, courier issues), we’ll do our best to keep you informed.

Orders may be canceled before dispatch upon request; once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. Sathva Foods is not liable for lost/delayed shipments due to incorrect addresses.

All content on www.sathvafoods.com including text, graphics, logos, product images, and website layout is the intellectual property of Sathva Foods and may not be reproduced without permission.
